Description

Intelex is hiring a Project Manager for its Implementation Services team to lead SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success. The role focuses primarily on Environmental and Sustainability implementations while also supporting broader EHSQ and enterprise software projects. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, financial and risk management, stakeholder and customer leadership, cross-functional coordination, change management, and delivery improvement. The position is remote in the United Kingdom, may require travel to customer locations up to 30%, and offers bonus eligibility.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of Project Management experience delivering SaaS, enterprise software, or technology implementation projects
Experience working directly with customers and senior business stakeholders
Experience managing customer-facing projects involving multiple stakeholder groups and executive-level sponsors
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering SaaS, enterprise software, or technology implementation projects
Experience delivering software implementations within a SaaS environment
Experience delivering Environmental, Sustainability, ESG, Carbon Management, EHS, Quality, regulatory compliance, or operational excellence initiatives
Familiarity with environmental reporting, sustainability management, ESG disclosure, carbon accounting, environmental compliance, or related business processes
Educational background in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related fields
PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP, or equivalent Project Management certification
Experience delivering projects across EMEA or within globally distributed customer environments
Comfort working within globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
Experience working with enterprise customers in manufacturing, energy, utilities, infrastructure, natural resources, chemical, or sustainability-focused industries
Understanding of application integrations and enterprise software ecosystems
Membership with the Association for Project Management (APM)
