Description
The Associate Project Manager I manages SaaS customer delivery engagements, including software implementations, requirements gathering, project planning, technical configuration, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, support escalation, and process improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in software professional services or client-facing project management for SaaS applications, along with strong communication, relationship-building, cross-functional leadership, and complexity-management skills. Compensation is 140,000–160,000 RON annually gross, with performance-bonus eligibility.
