Icertis is hiring a Senior Public Sector SaaS Implementation Manager to lead complex, multi-year SaaS product implementation projects for United States federal agencies and government contractors. The role manages program execution across planning, delivery, and customer success; coordinates internal and client-facing teams; oversees budgets, risks, and performance KPIs; and drives continuous improvement. It requires 8+ years of digital program or project management experience in federal, government contracting, or aerospace and defense, public-sector technology implementation expertise, knowledge of ITAR, DFARS, or NIST compliance, familiarity with AI-powered solutions, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. The position offers a base salary of $117,000–$175,000 USD per year, plus bonus and equity, and may require U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and a Top Secret security clearance.
