Sabre is hiring for a SABRE2 platform engineering role focused on maintaining and improving its monorepo-based software development toolchain. The position covers system monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, onboarding and training users, technical consulting, open-source product evaluation, and delivery of scalable and reliable solutions in an Agile/DevOps environment. Required experience includes Docker, Kubernetes/GKE, Bash, Java/C++/Python/Go, cloud-native design, CI/CD, Bazel, and Nix, with a minimum of two years using Bazel and Nix; cloud platforms, Linux/Unix, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes Operators, REST/gRPC, and open-source contributions are additional assets.
