Wise is hiring an APAC Safeguarding Controller to support existing safeguarding controllers and product managers in maintaining APAC safeguarding controls across payments, e-money, and investment businesses. The role covers regulatory compliance for new product launches, policy and procedure completeness, first-line assurance, risk and controls matrices, safeguarding reconciliations, incident management, MAS and other regulatory reporting, annual audit coordination, and documentation of internal controls. Candidates need 5–8 years of CASS/CMAP experience in APAC, strong knowledge of the Payments Services Act, clear regulatory communication skills, commercial acumen, and collaboration in a multinational team.
