Inkomoko is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safeguarding Manager in Chad. The manager will play a critical role in fostering a culture of safety, dignity, and well-being among clients, staff, and partners. Responsibilities include implementing, monitoring, and enforcing safeguarding standards aligned with international humanitarian best practices. The role involves close collaboration with security, HR, and program teams for prevention, detection, and response, as well as providing training and guidance on safeguarding issues.
