Eversource is hiring one regular Safety Manager to establish, administer, and improve regulatory compliance and incident-prevention activities across electric, gas, fleet, warehouse, and other operations in an assigned region. The role includes safety observations, training, incident investigations, hazard elimination, regulatory audits, emergency support, and liaison with operating managers and supervisors. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, safety, or a related discipline or equivalent experience, plus three to five years of operational experience; Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, federal, and relevant state safety regulations are required. The position requires emergency restoration availability, regional travel, and rotating on-call work, and offers an annual salary of $93,800 to $104,220.
