Centro, Inc. is hiring a Safety Coordinator to support workplace safety across its manufacturing operation. The role implements safety programs, ensures OSHA compliance, conducts inspections and risk assessments, leads incident investigations, manages safety records and workers' compensation, supports safety audits and continuous improvement, and coaches employees and leaders. The position requires knowledge of occupational safety principles, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities; a bachelor's degree, manufacturing experience, and OSHA or incident-investigation knowledge are preferred.
