Volunteers of America–Greater New York is seeking a hybrid Safety & Security Manager for its Real Estate Department in New York City. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Facilities, the manager will lead security planning and operations across more than 60 residential and community/office facilities, including risk assessments, emergency preparedness and crisis response, third-party contract oversight, staff training, security technology implementation, law-enforcement liaison work, and security strategy for construction and rehabilitation projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of direct full-time experience in public safety, security management, or law enforcement.
