Description
The Safety & Security Manager will oversee hotel safety and security operations, lead and develop the safety and security team, manage scheduling and emergency readiness, conduct risk assessments, develop emergency protocols, perform compliance audits, deliver safety training and drills, investigate incidents, and coordinate with internal departments and external agencies. The role requires safety and security management experience, preferably in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of safety regulations and risk mitigation, English proficiency, relevant safety certifications, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
