Description
The Safety and Security Manager will oversee the Safety and Security Department, including dispatch operations, security personnel, the SJCC, parking garage, and surrounding theater venues. The role manages daily operations, security coverage, schedules, attendance, payroll edits, rotations, audits, fleet inventory, emergency response, incident reporting, investigations, client meetings, site inspections, and coordination with law enforcement, fire, ambulance, DOT, and SP+. The position requires a valid Security Guard Card License, at least five years of security knowledge and experience, at least two years of security leadership or management experience, video surveillance proficiency, and flexibility to work varying shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
