Description
The Plant Safety and Health Manager conducts hazard and risk analyses, oversees occupational safety and health programs, inspects the plant, investigates accidents, trains supervisors and employees, and advises senior management and the Occupational Health Department. The role requires at least five years of related experience in poultry or meat processing, strong communication skills, flexibility for adverse conditions and variable schedules, and the ability to support compliance with state and federal safety and health requirements.
