Description
The Safety and Compliance Manager leads incident reporting, OSHA, fire, and EPA compliance inspections, accident investigations, safety training, safety committee activities, employee orientation, PPE and safety-supply coordination, and monthly safety assessments. The role requires strong communication, problem-resolution, analytical, computer, and safety-management skills; education and experience in environmental, health, and safety or workers compensation are preferred but not required. It is a full-time position in Billings, Montana, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
