The role coordinates new-hire safety onboarding, records, training, medical screenings, fit testing, permits, safety plans, incident reporting, audits, and safety-supply inventory, while partnering with project teams, field employees, vendors, clients, and third-party partners. Candidates need prior experience in a safety coordinator, safety administrator, or similar role, along with Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
