Description
The Safety Manager is responsible for enforcing safety training, conducting audits, investigating incidents, developing corrective actions, training employees and vendors, supporting safety committees and environmental compliance, managing OSHA documentation, and communicating safety information across the facility. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently in a physically demanding environment. Bilingual English/Spanish communication and EMT certification are advantageous, while a Breath Alcohol Technician certification and drug screening are required.
