Boscov's is hiring a bilingual Safety Coordinator to maintain a safe work environment through inspections, hazard analysis, training, incident investigation, emergency procedures, and safety recordkeeping. The role also supports recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day needs for Spanish-speaking associates. Candidates need 2–3 years of safety-related experience, supervisory or leadership experience, knowledge of OSHA and related regulations, bilingual Spanish ability, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
