Description
The Safety Coordinator supports Outerspace’s compliance department by coordinating safety training for warehouse personnel, developing safety procedures and training materials, conducting audits and observations, investigating incidents and near misses, monitoring corrective actions, supporting emergency preparedness, and ensuring safe equipment, signage, PPE, and material-handling practices. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of relevant warehouse training experience or equivalent education and experience, PC literacy, strong communication skills, bilingual English and Spanish ability, and presentation and facilitation skills.
