Rent the Runway is hiring an entry-level, hourly Safety Coordinator to support the safety program at an assigned Dream Fulfillment Center. The role conducts audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, safety training, OSHA recordkeeping, emergency-aid coordination, metrics reporting, and compliance activities while partnering with operations, management, and security teams. The position requires an associate or bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, ergonomics, or a related field, at least one year of relevant safety or environmental experience, OSHA knowledge, First Aid/AED/CPR certification, computer and reporting skills, and preferably Spanish bilingual ability and distribution-center or manufacturing safety experience.
