Industrial Power Solutions is hiring an Employee Health and Safety Coordinator to support safety programs across industrial construction projects in the Phoenix Metro Area. The role develops and improves safety policies, delivers training, conducts inspections and audits, investigates incidents, supports emergency preparedness, and promotes a strong safety culture. Candidates need at least three years of construction safety management experience, OSHA and applicable safety knowledge, relevant safety certifications, Microsoft Office and safety management software proficiency, strong communication and leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license. The position requires work in active construction environments, physical site access, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and wear personal protective equipment.
