Strescon Limited, established in 1963, is the leading precast, pre-stressed concrete manufacturer in Eastern Canada. They operate facilities in Saint John, New Brunswick, and Bedford, Nova Scotia, manufacturing various architectural and structural precast/prestressed concrete products like bridge girders and wall panels. Strescon also manages a 32,000 sq. ft. facility in Saint John for standard concrete products used in engineered drainage systems. This position involves leading safety initiatives, educating the workforce on risk mitigation, conducting hazard assessments, performing health and safety audits, inspecting workplaces, investigating incidents, facilitating toolbox talks, and participating in joint health and safety meetings.
