Description

The Systems Engineer will develop, test, and troubleshoot safety-related PLC control logic; integrate and commission industrial communication and safety networks; support robot integration and motion concepts; commission and validate machine safety functions; and collaborate with software, hardware, safety, and certification teams using Python, C++, and Git. The role requires an automation, robotics, mechatronics, electrical, control, or related engineering degree and hands-on PLC and industrial-safety-network experience.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Completed or ongoing degree in automation engineering, robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, control engineering, information technology, or a related field.
Required Previous Experiences: Hands-on PLC programming experience with IEC 61131-3 on at least one automation platform.
Experience with industrial or collaborative robots.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Preferred Qualifications: C++ knowledge.
Knowledge of robot kinematics and dynamics.
Knowledge of functional safety standards.
Experience commissioning, debugging, and validating machine safety functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
