Description
Auld & White Constructors is hiring a Safety Director to lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of its safety program across complex commercial construction projects. The role serves as the company’s safety and risk management subject matter expert, leading field inspections, incident investigations, safety training, compliance, metrics analysis, and engagement with operations, project teams, and subcontractors. The position requires at least 10 years of commercial construction experience, including 5 or more years in construction safety leadership, along with required OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification and a comparable construction safety certification.
