The Safety Manager will lead and drive safety improvements across Eurostar operations, focusing on fostering a positive safety culture, managing risks effectively, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves close collaboration with operational leaders and client representatives to maintain high safety standards and implement ABM's Safety Management System. Key responsibilities include promoting hazard identification, conducting thorough risk assessments, overseeing safety plan reviews, performing audits, investigating incidents, analyzing safety performance, delivering training, and engaging stakeholders.
