Description
Elior is hiring a Safety Manager to support food safety and health and safety across its UK sites. The role involves promoting a proactive safety culture, improving safety programmes, coaching teams, conducting audits and investigations, supporting incident reporting, delivering training, and influencing safety performance. It is a field-based position requiring regular travel, typically around three days per week, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00am to 5:30pm and a full UK driving licence. The role requires food safety and health and safety management experience, knowledge of HACCP and safety systems, stakeholder engagement, and relevant qualifications; experience in education or healthcare is advantageous.
