Description
Maxwell Construction is hiring a full-time Safety Manager to lead and continuously improve safety programs across active construction projects, including general contracting, design-build, renovation, and self-performed work. The role conducts jobsite audits, develops safety plans and procedures, delivers training, investigates incidents, supports regulatory compliance, coordinates with subcontractors and field teams, and manages safety-related risk and insurance activities. It is a field-focused position requiring regular travel to active jobsites, with an estimated 70% field and 30% office split, and requires at least five years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification, and First Aid/CPR certification.
