Safety Manager at McKenney's

McKenney’s is hiring a full-time Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across Georgia operations and support a zero-incident culture. The role reports to the Corporate Safety Director, manages incident-reduction projects, tracks injury and risk metrics, conducts root-cause analyses and safety inspections, coordinates safety training, supports OSHA and workers’ compensation reporting, and advises profit centers and department leaders. The position is based at the Atlanta office with 60% of the time at job sites and 40% in the office, requires at least five years of applied safety training experience in construction, and includes moderate travel across Georgia and Carolina offices.
