Description
The Safety Manager, BESS leads all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) functions at a battery energy storage project site. This role involves implementing and sustaining Moss's BESS safety programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with various teams to manage high-risk work. Key duties include driving field execution of safety controls like electrical safety, energy control, grounding/bonding awareness, and managing subcontractor safety performance.
