Rheinmetall is seeking a Safety Manager to serve as the central safety interface for customers, suppliers, development partners, and auditors. The role covers system risk analysis, safety concept evaluation, safety requirements for hardware, software, and mechanics, safety documentation, compliance monitoring, product verification and validation, and development of safety methods and standards. The position requires a technical degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science, practical Product Safety Act experience, knowledge of quality and configuration management, SysML/UML, software development and testing methods, English proficiency, strong communication and conflict-management skills, and willingness to travel worldwide.
