Strack Inc. is hiring a full-time Safety Manager in Fairburn, Georgia, to prevent workplace accidents and maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant construction work environment. The role reports to the Safety Director and involves safety program implementation and training, site inspections, hazard assessments, job safety analysis and toolbox talks, incident investigations, corrective actions, safety reporting, equipment provision, and return-to-work coordination. Candidates should understand grading operations, trenching and excavation, municipal or Army Corps of Engineers projects, be willing to obtain BCSP certification within three years, travel extensively to job sites, and preferably have a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or five years of safety experience, OSHA 500, Microsoft Office proficiency, and bilingual ability.
