Streimer is hiring a full-time, onsite Safety Manager for a commercial construction project in Arizona. The role leads construction safety operations, ensures compliance with OSHA and other regulations, trains employees, resolves safety concerns, prepares reports, and supports audits and safety projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction and safety or equivalent experience, OSHA certification, strong safety knowledge, problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and preferably Adobe Pro or Bluebeam. The position offers variable work hours, profit sharing, performance bonuses, and 100% paid medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance premiums.
