Voi is hiring a Safety Manager to lead and embed health and safety practices across warehouses, field operations, and offices, with primary responsibility for Germany and support for Southern Europe. The role includes serving as the appointed FSO/DGSA/SIFA in Germany, developing local safety policies, assessing and controlling operational risks, conducting inspections, audits and incident investigations, coordinating safety training, reporting performance, and collaborating with Operations, Legal, HR, and other teams. Candidates need health and safety leadership experience, professional certification, knowledge of German and local regulations, policy and risk-assessment experience, audit and investigation skills, training experience, stakeholder management, and fluent English and German.
