Willmeng Construction is hiring a Safety Manager to lead site-specific safety programs across construction projects. The role develops safety policies and plans, ensures OSHA and regulatory compliance, conducts inspections and risk assessments, delivers safety training, investigates incidents, maintains safety documentation, and promotes a strong safety culture. Candidates should have at least five years of construction safety experience, knowledge of OSHA standards, strong communication skills, and preferably certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, BCSB, CHST, and CSP.
