Mortenson is hiring a Safety Manager I to provide safety oversight and leadership for its Zero Injury Safety program across multiple construction project teams and sites. The role leads electrical safety programs, training, audits, incident analysis, subcontractor safety monitoring, documentation, and safety statistics; it may supervise safety professionals and requires extensive construction safety experience. The position offers a base pay range of $100,100 to $150,200, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits, and requires onsite work with up to 100% travel.
