TW Constructors is hiring a full-time Safety Manager in Haskell, Texas, with travel required. The role supports project staff and the corporate safety team by enforcing federal, state, and local safety standards; conducting documented jobsite inspections; developing a zero-injury safety culture; orienting workers; managing subcontractor safety programs; investigating incidents; maintaining safety records; and supervising other safety supervisors. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field or equivalent, 5–10 years of safety experience or equivalent education and experience, OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation, and the ability to work on construction sites, including climbing ladders and scaffolding.
