The role monitors job-site safety, conducts inspections and audits, verifies compliance with safety procedures and regulations, delivers training, participates in safety meetings, documents incidents, and works with project teams to resolve safety issues. Candidates need at least five years of construction-industry safety observation or related experience, an OSHA 30-hour Construction certificate, knowledge of safety regulations, strong communication skills, independence, teamwork, and willingness to travel.
