LaBella Associates is hiring a Safety Observer for its Program Management division to monitor and promote safety across construction and civil project sites throughout New York State. The role conducts inspections and audits, observes compliance, delivers safety training, participates in safety meetings, documents incidents, and works with project teams to correct safety issues. Candidates need at least five years of construction-industry safety observation or related experience, an OSHA 30-hour Construction certificate, knowledge of safety regulations, strong communication skills, teamwork and independent-work abilities, and willingness to travel between project sites.
