Description
The Safety Officer will advise employees, works councils, and supervisors on occupational safety compliance, inspect plants and equipment, support workplace and risk assessments, oversee PPE implementation, develop employee-behavior monitoring concepts, and handle communications with authorities and liability insurers. The role requires an industrial or chemical qualification, specialist occupational safety training, comparable professional experience, MS Office skills, and fluent German and English. It is a full-time position with a 37-hour workweek, home-office equipment support, vacation, and training opportunities.
