Atoms is hiring a Safety Operations Manager to own and scale the operational safety discipline for its fleet of physical AI vehicles. The role manages incidents, event triage, training and qualification, safety data and reporting, and the flow of field evidence into engineering changes. It requires 6–8+ years of safety operations or operational risk experience, incident-investigation leadership, structured risk methods, data analysis with SQL and scripting, and familiarity with U.S. vehicle regulations and autonomous-vehicle concepts. The position is onsite in San Francisco, requires on-call availability, and offers a base salary of $182,000–$230,000 per year plus equity and other benefits.
