The Safety Professional assists in overseeing a safety program by reviewing field observations and safety data, identifying trends and corrective actions, compiling monthly safety deliverables, conducting job behavior observations, and developing training and process improvements. The role requires frequent travel, compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations, and physical work involving field inspections and occasional lifting. It pays $44.05 per hour and requires five years of safety-program experience, ISA Arborist Certification, a clear MVR, OSHA 30 training, and Tree Risk Assessment Qualification.
