Description
BMC is hiring a Safety Program Manager to develop and manage multi-year safety programs for public-sector clients, advise boards and executives on safety risks and policy, organize governance, connect police, prosecution, care institutions, security regions, and civil society, conduct risk analyses and benchmarks, manage multidisciplinary teams, and use data-driven insights to strengthen public order and societal resilience. The role requires at least five years of relevant public-sector program, project, or strategic advisory experience, a higher professional or university degree, and expertise in safety-related topics. It offers a permanent contract of 32–36 hours per week, with a gross salary of €4,000–€7,500 per month based on 36 hours.
