Description
The Safety Representative will inspect, evaluate, report, and enforce safety standards and policies during events at Allegiant Stadium. Responsibilities include responding to guest and employee injuries, documenting incidents and near misses, interviewing witnesses, photographing evidence, reviewing video, tagging out damaged equipment, and conducting visual inspections of guest-facing areas for hazards, emergency access, electrical safety, fire equipment, and other compliance requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and attention to detail, and availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours.
