Westhab is hiring a Safety Security Officer for relief work across all boroughs of New York City. The role protects clients, staff, and property at a 24-hour homeless shelter, including room inspections, access screening, crisis intervention, incident response, client intakes, property logging, surveillance monitoring, fire procedures, and administrative duties. The position reports to the Shift Supervisor and Security Manager, requires a high school diploma or GED and prior security experience, and mandates overtime.
