OnTrac is hiring a Safety Specialist in Reno, Nevada, to drive safe execution across warehouse and logistics operations. The role conducts site visits, audits, hazard identification, coaching, incident investigations, corrective-action follow-through, safety-data analysis, compliance monitoring, training, and enforcement of safety policies. It requires a bachelor’s degree in safety, occupational health, or a related field, 2–5 years of safety experience in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment, OSHA and incident-investigation knowledge, and familiarity with warehouse operations and safety metrics. The position offers a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule, up to 25% travel, and a starting base pay range of $67,200–$84,000, with potential base salary up to $100,800.
