Description
The Construction Safety Manager monitors field activities, conducts safety inspections, investigates incidents, orders suspensions, trains workers, and recommends corrective practices to support construction safety and risk management. The role requires at least one year of construction safety experience or a related bachelor’s degree, a valid Florida driver license, and the ability to work extensively on construction sites, drive between locations, and use personal protective equipment. Preferred qualifications include CSP, CSHO, or other safety certifications, OSHA trainer certification, and experience with HCSS Safety or a similar safety management system.
