The Premier I&E Safety Specialist supports the Manager of Health and Safety by conducting site visits and safety audits, identifying hazards, ensuring regulatory compliance, investigating incidents and complaints, recommending risk-mitigation measures, and helping develop safety training and company-wide safety programs. The role requires computer proficiency, communication and presentation skills, familiarity with OSHA and other safety regulations, analytical and organizational abilities, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
