Harder Mechanical is hiring an entry-level Safety Tech in Boise, Idaho, to support construction safety on an Advanced Technology project. The role involves hazard identification, job-site inspections, safe-work planning, incident investigation, training support, PPE verification, and communication with field employees and supervisors. It is a field-based position with a five-day, 10-hour schedule starting at 6:00 a.m., with potential weekend work and additional shift coverage. Candidates need 0–2 years of safety or construction-related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and hazard-identification skills; OSHA 10 is preferred.
