Description
TRAC Intermodal is hiring a Safety Technician for its Chicago, Illinois service center to implement and monitor OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and other applicable safety and compliance programs. The role includes safety inspections and audits, DVER management, incident investigation support, recordkeeping, safety training and communications, PPE monitoring, KPI tracking, and corrective-action coordination. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; one to three years of transportation, logistics, operations, or related experience with DOT and OSHA guidelines is required. The position pays up to $67,499 plus bonus and includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, and other benefits.
