Safety Trainer at GFL Environmental

GFL is hiring a Regional Safety & Driver Trainer to promote safety across an assigned region through new-hire orientations, OSHA and DOT compliance training, field site checks, driver skill and behavior assessments, coaching, remedial training, post-incident support, and safety improvement initiatives. The role requires substantial regional travel, work in classrooms, offices, commercial vehicle cabs, and active operational sites, and a valid CDL with Air Brake Endorsement or willingness to obtain one. Prior training and commercial driver trainer experience are preferred, while waste management or environmental services experience is highly desirable.
