FlexPartner Personalmanagement GmbH is hiring an entry-level or career-changer Safety Watchman to monitor and supervise workplace safety at refinery and petrochemical plant sites in Gelsenkirchen, Dormagen, or Cologne. The role involves enforcing safety regulations, identifying and documenting hazards, using fire extinguishers, initiating emergency responses, and checking fire protection systems, workplaces, and escape routes. Applicants should be physically and mentally fit, responsible, assertive, open to learning, and able to work as a team; German language skills are an advantage.
