Description
The SAIL Partner Program Specialist works with AWS engineering teams and partner organizations to design, build, deploy, and evaluate agentic AI solutions that automate partner-program processes and support customer production workloads. The role involves multi-agent architecture, AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, MCP, serverless infrastructure, API integrations, evaluation-driven development, solution architecture, customer workshops, and reusable agent assets. It requires at least two years of applications or infrastructure experience, four years of technology-domain experience, and four years of IT development or consulting experience in software or Internet industries. The position is available in New York, Austin, Arlington, and Seattle, with base salaries ranging from $131,300 to $195,400 annually depending on location.
